We have stayed in several condos in this condo building and enjoyed our time in this one the best! It is fairly newly upgraded with designer touches and very comfortable. Nichole, the owner was very responsive to any concerns and always provided a very prompt response. (During our visit, the living room tv went out and she had it replaced the next day!) Everything you would need for a trip to the beach is provided. This is an older complex but very quiet and in a great location on Kauai's south shore.

This was our third time staying at Kuhio Shores 414. It is a lovely condo. Nicely decorated and comfortable. The view from the lanai is spectacular. We easily saw pods of spinner dolphins and whales throughout our stay. Nichole is a wonderful host and so easy to work with. Excellent communication.

Kuhio Shores 414 is a beautifully decorated condo brimming with tropical charm! Soothing color schemes and white woodwork with a spectacular view of the ocean. We saw whales & dolphins from the lanai! The sounds of the waves made for a relaxing stay. Our host, Nichole, was so easy to work with. Great communication! We highly recommend this condo!

Gorgeous, top notch remodeled condo. We love that we just have to step out on the lanai to see the sunrise, the sunset, the ocean, turtles and whales. We ate out and grilled in. All effortless. My husband likes to visit places once. This his only exception. We just completed our 3rd two week stay and are booked for a 4th stay.

We were delighted with Kuhio Shores 414 - it is attractively and freshly decorated and has every convenience for relaxation or getting out and exploring Kauai. The layout takes maximum advantage of the spectacular oceanfront location and tropical breezes - we spotted whales and sea turtles daily and enjoyed the surfers and paddle boarders from our vantage point on the 4th floor. We enjoyed the privacy of the condo while still being able to walk to nearby shopping and restaurants. K?loa and Poipu Beach are only a short drive away. Nicole was very responsive and helpful whenever we contacted her.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Kuhio Shores 414. The decor of this condo is special and brings on a cheery disposistion from the moment you walk in the door. The 4th floor lanai was an absolute treat. We spent our early mornings drinking our coffee listening to the waves and watching the turtles eating their breakfast. I even saw a few whales late one afternoon. In the late evening hours we would sit and look up at the majestic sky filled with stars and planets. What a wonder to behold. We had everthing we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy and comfy, and the air conditioning helped keep us cool at night while we slept. If you like to cook and season your food you will have to bring your own. Only basic salt and pepper are provided. Kuhio Shores Condos are on the older side and some of that shows in things like the elevators. But it is still very well maintained and quiet. A short walk will take you to many shops, restaurants, a drug store, and coffee. Nicole was great to work with! Her response time was quick and kind. I highly recommend Kuhio Shores 414!
