Welcome to Sandpiper 206A, located in the heart of the beautiful planned community of Princeville on Kauai’s world-famous North Coast. Sandpiper Village is centrally located and allows you to take a pleasant walk of less than one mile to beach paths. Want to stroll to dinner? In less than a mile you can walk to the Westin Hotel, the Princeville Resort or the Shops at Princeville for a choice of numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities.

This condo is comfortably furnished; one bedroom has a king size bed and the loft bedroom with two twin beds so the unit sleeps up to four guests. There is a full bathroom downstairs and a half-bath in the loft. There is also a large swimming pool and barbecue area for your use.

Enjoy the outdoors? There is a large lanai accessible from the living room and the bedrooms that features outside dining as well as a comfortable area for reading, visiting, or enjoying the views of the lakes on one of Princeville’s four golf courses; not to mention wonderful mountain views featuring many waterfalls during the rainy season.

Other features of this comfortable home away from home include a fully equipped kitchen, both indoor and outdoor dining, flat screen televisions, an in unit, full-sized washer and dryer and a security system.

Great location in Princeville. Close to everything! The space was perfect for my husband and I for a week. Would definitely stay here again!

My boyfriend and I spent a week here in early December and it was amazing. The community is quiet, the neighbors are friendly. Pool area is great. Close to Hanalei Bay. Kauai is really slow paced, it was nice to be able to relax in a clean, beautiful space.

Aloha! Just wanted to express how satisfied we were with our stay at the Sandpiper Village in Unit 206. The booking process was so easy - we did everything online. This was our 5th trip to Kauai and our 4th time staying at the Sandpiper Village. We have stayed in a 2 bedroom unit twice and everything was as advertised. The unit was clean and comfortable. Our flight was delayed an entire day so we arrived a day late and in the evening however, having stayed in this unit before (in 2017) it was very easy for us to find. We would definitely stay at the Sandpiper Village again.

Condo 206 at The Sandpiper in Princeville is a nice place to stay. It is centrally located in the resort community of Princeville right across from a lovely golf course. Roomy and bright, it a comfortable place to stay. It offers a nice kitchen if you like to prepare your own meals. Lovely lanai area to relax. Comfortable beds and nice linens. Super handy full-size washer and dryer located in the unit. Close to the pool area. Walking distance to the Princeville Shopping Center which offers groceries, restaurants and shopping. All in all, this was a nice place to stay. We had a nice, relaxing time here and would recommend it!

Would definitely stay here again! - Alicia (April 2018) Such a fantastic stay here in Kauai! The AirBnB was spacious, clean and everything we were looking for. Definitely need a car to properly explore the island however the house is located a short drive to both 'Queen's Bath' and 'Hideaway Beach' which were both beautiful and well worth a visit. Some small added extras such as washing powder and bath wash were appreciated after a long day exploring the island, as were the private balcony overlooking the golf course and the complex's shared pool and spa. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, including a fantastic kitchen that housed everything we needed to cook a few meals at home. Would definitely stay here again!

The Sandpiper Condo was in a great location on the North Shore, was clean and very well furnished, and considering its location and size was affordable. It would easily accommodate a family of 4 or possibly more, and it was very comfortable. There were some extras including beach amenities that I appreciated. Kauai Pacific Real Estate sent very clear directions on how to access the property and they were very responsive to my request for assistance adjusting the ceiling fans in the condo.
