Welcome to Poipu Sands 437! This fantastic top/third floor ocean view condo is spacious, updated and comfortable, with a 300+ square foot lanai with a fantastic view for dining, relaxing, catching the sunrise and whale watching. The condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and a bonus lanai with mountain views. It is nicely furnished and fully stocked to make your vacation a breeze. Poipu Sands is located on a large property with a pool, a tennis court, walking paths and lots of grassy lawn and beautiful landscaping. It is right next door to the Grand Hyatt, Shipwreck Beach and Poipu Bay Golf Course, a nice walk to Brennecke Beach and the famous Poipu Beach (frequented by sea turtles and monk seals), and a quick drive to several other beaches and many top notch restaurants.
We are excited for our guests to enjoy our new furniture, decor and air conditioners in both bedrooms!
Please Note that this is on the third floor with no elevator, but it's definitely worth the extra steps if you are up for it!

Ashley was an excellent host. Very responsive and super helpful. Yes, it's a climb to the 3rd floor, but the view is very much worth it! The condo had everything we needed for the beach chairs, umbrella, scuba equipment, etc. Our beds, linens and bath towels we're comfortable and plentiful. TVs in every room. The lanai was just as described- and even better in person. It's next door to the Grand Hyatt…and ten minute walking distance from the beach. This one had tide pools that our young kids enjoyed playing in. If this place is available, reserve it! We loved our week in Kauai, and a huge part was because we loved this place. Thank you Ashley and Haythem.

Ideal location in Poipu area. Walkable to beaches was most important to us - both the property and the unit were prime location.
Shipwreck Beach was our favorite - felt less tourist-y than Poipu.
Stargaze!! Get out there and lay on the grass after dark, you won't regret it.
Condo is beautiful, comfortable, and well supplied with anything you need.
Brennecke's was a fun atmosphere, easy choice for a dinner after beach.
Anuenue Cafe was THE BEST, highly recommend, also in Poipu Shopping Village was Papalini Gelato.

We loved our stay from beginning to end. Some nice touches upon arrival. Complimentary wine and chocolates with an amazing balcony ocean view to enjoy them. The place was very spacious, nice kitchen and living areas. The location is amazing. Right beside the Hyatt and adjacent to the walk path along the coast line. Poipu Beach is a 20 minute casual walk. We have already enquired about potentially returning with all our kids.

The house was very clean and well-stocked, the view was gorgeous. This place is pretty much beyond words. The house and property are just absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen has everything you need, the bathrooms are all well-stocked, and there are about many ways to sit and relax throughout the place. The location cannot be beat, and is incredibly peaceful. Ashley will respond within minutes for any queries.
