There are two bedrooms with a king bed in one bedroom and a queen in the other and a bathroom with a tub and shower combo. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A washer and dryer are located in the unit for guests' convenience.

This condo is on the 2nd floor and this property does have an elevator available for guests. There is a deeded parking stall for this unit so parking is never an issue.

Kauai Kailani has two swimming pools as well as a covered BBQ area with two grills. There is also a common room with a television, seating area and a ping pong table. This unit is conveniently located in Historic Kapa'a Town on Kauai's Coconut Coast. Kapa'a Town is often described as "the" happening place on Kauai not only because of it's famous "First Saturday" experience, but because of its wonderful local shopping and numerous restaurants. The property is within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. The property is also adjacent the Kauai Coastal path Ke Ala Hele Makalae that follows the coast line on Kauai's east side for almost eight miles.

This was our third stay at this property. There are many reasons we return. The view, access to the beach (although not suitable for young children), comfort and cleanliness of the condo, the kitchen and washer and dryer, Safeway is just across the street, and we love not being surrounded by resorts. This area has a small town local feel. Half way between the North and South shores make it easy to visit all areas of the island with an easy 30 ish drive.

This condo lacks nothing! The location on the island is perfect if you want to travel to all areas on the island (which of course you do!). The extra added bonus...whale sightings from the beach behind the condo!! Utter bliss!! Go, rent, you wont be sad!!

Nice condo with a great view of the ocean. You can hear the waves lapping from the living room. Well equipped with kitchen tools and beach stuff. Well located for exploring all sides of the island. The room does have a bit of noise from being above the common area (can hear ping-pong games) and the neighbors upstairs. Had a lovely time in Kauai! Super easy check in, check out, and very clean condo.

This little gem was one of the best stocked condos I've ever seen. Pots, pans, sharp knives, cutting boards, wine glasses, and even a pizza cutter. So many pillows to choose from on each bed with many to spare in the closets! The king bed sooo comfy and although there was no a/c, there were ceiling fans in each room as well as a standing fan. Lots of extra towels, awesome L'occitane products to start with, and a trunk full of beach equipment. This was an A++ rental!!!
