This is my first post. Just wanted to ask for some info regarding my week.

I am a even year owner of a one bedroom, I paid my supplement in November 2009 and my dues in Jan 2010, so I am fully paid up. I have contacted Trading Places for a reservation number so I can deposit my week with II as I cannot visit this year and I want to take advantage of a bonus week deal with II. Trading places has informed me that they dont have a week for me, and I will go on a request list.

Can someone please explain to me how this can happen and how do I go about getting the week owed to me?
